- this one is working great now after I fixed it out of the box. It would have been nice to have had fire up immediate right after install. But no it would not lite. It was not getting gas to the pilot light due to the supply line from the gas cock was to tight from being stretched to far to left of the gas cock thus by moving it over a row in the burner line up the tension of the gas supply to the pilot opened enough to allow the pilot to lite. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.
