The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing.
