I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. Install was a breeze even considering the old unit was a floor mount and this one hangs on the wall. My HVAC guy showed up just as I was completing the wiring and it took him about 30 minutes to program it and run through a cycle. It's fast!
