Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. It was an easy installation and it went in with no problems. Didn't have to do any adjustments all the factory setting were good and it went right in and hook up was seamless. I would buy another!

We talked about this for years and finally had one installed in our master bedroom. Our bedroom is the farthest room from our main unit. We had to keep the thermostat lower than necessary to make our room tolerable to sleep at night. This unit is quiet and cools wonderfully. Doesn't take long to cool the room when turned on. So many options can be programmed with the remote control. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

The unit is great, but the directions need work. I would recommend the unit without reservations. The contractor is considering getting one too.
