Its difficult to believe I am the first to review this product. However this thermostat is difficult to program and seams to defy reason, when in heat mode and should be using the compressor unit outside to produce heat, it instead will be making expensive heat with AUX electric heat. I will probably dump this thing and get one I can understand how to use effectively.

Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.

It was an easy installation and it went in with no problems. Didn't have to do any adjustments all the factory setting were good and it went right in and hook up was seamless. I would buy another!

This was my first mini-split installation, and it was time consuming but easy. The system is very quiet while running, easily have a conversation standing next to it and I can't hear it standing around the corner of the building, 10' away. The installation is on a semi-secluded lake cottage with only nature for ambient noise, it is that quiet. I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic.
