My current Moline heater's heat exchanger failed. Ordering a new Moline 75,000 BTU Hot Dawg from eComfort" I was assured of delivery in time to be installed for the predicted minus ten degree below zero weekend. Friday morning I called your customer service, "It will be delivered by 4PM." I called again at 3:00 PM. "It will be delivered by 4PM"... I called again at 4:30, no delivery? Wireless Thermostat Nov 19, 2016

After finally receiving the the correct wireless kit, the wireless adapter and the thermostat functioned as intended. They are a perfect match for my Goodman furnace and thus far both are providing excellent service. The thermostat is very user friendly.

I have not hooked this unit up yet, mostly because I don't have all the parts. It would be better if there was some help in "knowing" that you have all that's needed, very simple things have really held things up. It's not until you look at the installation instructions that you figure this out. At this point I would have to blame the seller!

This Furnace system is Amazing!!! Quiet, and with the 2 stage Blower, Gas Valve and Thermostat.. it uses the higher speed when needed and the lower most of the time.
