Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom

Easy to setup and the optional install kit had everything needed for the job. Unit came missing a panel cover and still am waiting to see if this gets resolved.
