Indoor Unit: Very easy installation. This little 9k unit cools a 10 by 10 room and can easily lower the temp down into the low sixties. It is so quiet and you can hear yourself breathe while it's on. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up.
