I used this inline fan to hook up to my vent hood in my kitchen. Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. I replaced the 100 cfm fan in the bathroom with the Panasonic 300CFMfan. I no longer have a foggy mirror in the bathroom and sometimes I try to fog it up. No more embarrassing stink gas either. After a minute, all objectionable odors are gone. The only draw back is now that it is Winter the cold air rushing under the door and air getting ducked out of the vent register is cold while doing your business. I plan on installing the 150 cfm in my smaller bathroom.

Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.
