Great Heat, But Extra Noise! May 17, 2016

Upon opening the package, I noticed a loose piece of sheet metal inside on the floor of the heat chamber. Upon investigation, this piece belonged vertically placed to possibly stabilize each of the heaters, by fastening with only one sheet metal screw to the top. I was able to get it in place and fasten the screw from the top outside with a larger screw, since the design one was stripped. Very nice furnace, works great. I used all metal duct work in a cool basement. You lose a lot of heat just warming the duct work. You may want to use the insulated variety as it will not lose as much heat prior to reaching its final destination. I really don't care because I want some heat in my basement anyway. Also, you may want to move to a higher btu level to resolve this issue. If I had to do over, I would have gone with an 80,000 btu instead of the 60,000. All in all, it still gets the... more

The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

Emergency Replacement Jan 29, 2016

Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Boiler installed without any problems. I returned home a few weeks later to a warm home new boiler, and every thing working well.

This condenser is much quieter than the unit that I removed from service. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well. I am impressed with this unit and I would definitely recommend it for the price and the performance.
