My contractor purchased the 151 combi from local warehouse. I just wanted to share experiences for the whole deal of getting this one. I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. Technicians under supervision by certified plumber were struggling of how they were going to install and had it fired, back and fort with rewiring, and reconnect piping for a few occasions, saying they were difficult to install. the system works great in my small beach house - less than 2000 SQ ft. also removes a good bit of moisture leaving the air very comfortable - I would purchase again.

Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. Cold Air Rocks Oct 20, 2016

Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

Noritz Replacement Heater Dec 14, 2016

i installed two of these in 2008. had to replace one after 6 years the other after 8 years. the only reason i replaced with Noritz was the supposed ease of replacement with the same heater i.e. all piping was supposed to line up...NOT SO! I had to redo piping which cost me an additional $200 because the piping did not line up with original heater. Also i should have been able to get a longer life with original heaters.
