We've now had 3 months of use from the boiler and it has performed well, and though the purchase and installation wasn't cheap, it heats our large home well with a hydronic/forced-air system. Lately we have had a problem with the fan racing noisily and exhaust huffing and puffing. My installer is away, so I'm hoping it is a programming issue that I can resolve. A good help phone number for the unit would be nice. Perfect purchase, delivery, etc. by eComfort

I have a 14 X 40 wood shop and was looking for something to heat/cool it that wouldn't cost a lot of money and also not run my electric bill through the roof. I think this unit is the answer. It was simple to install with no labor costs and it runs quiet and efficient. It keeps the shop comfortable with low humidity great for cast iron tables. Upon opening the package, I noticed a loose piece of sheet metal inside on the floor of the heat chamber. Upon investigation, this piece belonged vertically placed to possibly stabilize each of the heaters, by fastening with only one sheet metal screw to the top. I was able to get it in place and fasten the screw from the top outside with a larger screw, since the design one was stripped. Installed this fan and it works GREAT! Cools house quickly and quietly! You can feel the air moving in the house as it cool down. Recommend this fan to all clients with heat issues in summer. I installed 8 hour timer and hi/low switch. That is the way to go!
