To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. It appears to be caused by how thin the plastic is, it borders on paper, it really does not have enough integrity to support it's own weight. Even if you are going... more

I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Blew the competitors out of the water and they recommended an HVAC licensed installer that also were great and the install price was better than the local competition. Thank you eComfort.
