Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like.
