I have built a greenhouse and installed this boiler into the benches to heat the propagation soil and to a unit heater. The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom

just had a issue when boiler started small exlosian and gas smell called my propane dealer sent person out to check pressure . pressure was fine he said there was no adjustment on the air today. we turned up thermostat and boiler ignited. there was no issue this time. im still a little confused. other than this issue i like this product waitng to see what happens

I installed the indoor and outdoor units myself including all the electrical work. Initially I installed GFCI circuit breaker per Daikin's installation manual, but it tripped every time the compressor cycled on. I replaced it with regular 20A, 220V, single-phase circuit breaker and it's worked fine ever since. I had a certified HVAC tech install the line sets and test for leaks.
