I recently installed my QuietCool1560 in my gable, it's a nice install similar to the old unit I replaced. Old unit made it twelve years but was loader and shakier. If this unit lasts as long and uses so much less power I will be very impressed.Old unit cheaper up front but used a lot more power and had a 3 yr warranty.Quick delivery, came in undamaged packing. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. Thank you eComfort. My cast iron heater started leaking from kids jumping on it (5 children jumping in sync). I had only turned on the heat for the first time as it just got cold. The kids complained... I said jump around and warm up, I will turn on the heat. They jumped alright... Right on the heater waiting for the heat to rise from it until they got off and said their feet were wet. Ordered the radiator and it came within 2 days. Fast delivery & great service.

I bought this in-line fan to pump warm air into a chase containing hot and cold water pipes. When outdoor temperatures drop below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, the air in the chase falls below freezing, so I was worried that the pipes would freeze. This little fan together with flex duct (I stripped away the outer insulation) solved the problem.
