To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. I have installed these units for last one month only and they seems to be great. Very quiet units and very efficient. I have installed total 7 units and all are running fine. I think everyone should get them installed by professional installers.
