I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. Installed my unit in April/2015. Live in the pacific northwest. Originally installed it as a make work project as I'm recently retired and didn't expect much. It works so much better than I had ever expected..heating or cooling. So much so, that I'm just in the process of installing another one for the bedrooms area. I shopped around the internet and had actually made a purchase of the Fujitsu Mini Split from another provider that indicated it was in stock and delivery promised in 3-5 business days. After my order sat there for 5 days I decided to call only to find out it would take at least 30 days due to a back order. The unit still showed immediate delivery. I can'd that order and found this website with a better price and they delivered within the promised timeframe. The unit is excellent.

We have an older 1800 sq. ft. manufactured home that we rent out. The old heat system was a very inefficient forced air electric furnace. Our renters tell us the two heads from the mini-split system heat the home superbly. They also can't believe how quiet it is. They say the A/C in the summer will be icing on the cake.

The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up.
