Replaced out a Rheem 90% with this unit. Easy installation. Very quite running. Seems to run less than the old unit. Highly recommend.

This is my 4th Mitsubishi system going in. Superbly QUIET, super efficient, and reliable. I saved a fortune on heating and cooling bills over the years with my 3 systems, this completes the house. Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. Very nice furnace, works great. I used all metal duct work in a cool basement. You lose a lot of heat just warming the duct work. You may want to use the insulated variety as it will not lose as much heat prior to reaching its final destination. I really don't care because I want some heat in my basement anyway. Also, you may want to move to a higher btu level to resolve this issue. If I had to do over, I would have gone with an 80,000 btu instead of the 60,000. All in all, it still gets the... more

Excellent Product Jul 27, 2016

Have had it up and running for about 4 days now, and have had no complaints. Using this for the main source of heat in a single wide trailer in the state of Maine. Got this for my sister and she called me last nite, temp was in the 20's outside and inside was 75 degrees, warmest she has ever had it in the cold weather since she has lived there for 30 years. Even one of her cats is not sleeping with them now, she is sleeping in the cat toy next to the furnace.
