This condenser is much quieter than the unit that I removed from service. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well. I am impressed with this unit and I would definitely recommend it for the price and the performance.

My installer is an experienced air-con guy and I assisted him because I was curious about the whole process. This was the first mini-split system he installed and it went together easily and quickly. When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running. Easy to setup and the optional install kit had everything needed for the job. Unit came missing a panel cover and still am waiting to see if this gets resolved.

Very easy to install... working great... no issues... If this works as good as it is now for the next 10 years, as it is warrantied for, I will be getting another just like it... Wonderful furnace!
