I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. i'm sure they put out outstanding products but this is about a technician named george that works there i called about a thermostat model 1F79-111 as we talked he was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and would SURE HAVE THIS DIRECTED TO MANAGEMENT as well to other customers you know these days your lucky enough to just get VERY VERY brief information would like to thank you again sure would'nt hurt to have alot of georges around
