Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. My neighbor just spent $3500.00 having a new furnace put on, which for me was out of the question...I bought your furnace (same size) for $575.00 delivered to my door. I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. Detailed instructions helped install our two fans. We have one working the garage, while the second unit is on duty in our attic. They are reasonably quiet, and the temperature controller is a good name brand known for consistency. I adapted a pleated air filter to keep the assembly dust free. We haven't noticed a difference in savings on our air conditioner operating, but expect to benefit when we will increase insulation throughout our attic.
